Map codes

A.K.A. the "Correspondence Tables" for the 2020 ANZSRC release.

For the majority of codes in the 2008 ANZSRC release, a 6-digit FoR or SEO maps to a single code in the current 2020 one.

However, several map to two or more.

Conversely, a code in the current 2020 ANZSRC release may have resulted from two or more fully or partially mapped codes from the previous one.
